I didn't feel too hot Sat/Sun so I took it easy.

Tonight I did four miles on the treadmill. :)

I did a 1 mile walk on the treadmill and 5 miles on the stationary bike. Neither one was at any sort of remarkable pace, but nice and steady. I think I did pretty well not pushing it too hard, and stopped to stretch a bit a couple of times. It was soooooo hard not running!

I guess we'll see how it feels tomorrow....
