The FIRM Cardio sculpt- this one seems almost easy after doing Cathe's Muscle Max!! It's still a good workout though!

Wp Advanced Sculpting Circle. I got kind of lost on the teaser series, i was trying to do it without modifying and was concentrating on actually getting up to the teaser position, LOL!!

I'm thinking the circle may be what is making my back hurt though :grouphug: We'll see how it feels later. I tried laying straight down rather than rolling to the side like Mari says. Hopefully this isn't what's getting it all out of whack!

I did it!!!! I did 3.5 miles on the treadmill this morning! :grouphug: I did have to take 1/4 mile walk break cuz my leg was starting to hurt. (I actually could have done a shorter break but I wanted an easy way to remember just how much running/walking I did! LOL) and I did the last 1/4 mile walking as well to cool down, but that's still 3 miles running! We'll see how I'm feeling tomorrow...I can already feel my tendons hurting, so I'm gonna go do some Pilates and stretching. Feeling much better about that 5k!!!!
