Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun Workouts -- Feb. 18th through Feb. 21st

Thursday: 1-2 miles leisurely walking outside, 1.5 miles on treadmill/30 minutes, 40 AB crunches on an AB lounge.
Friday: Little bit of walking outside and bowled three games with the family.
Saturday: Rest day

Thu - Power Yoga
Fri - 3 mile run during lunch at work
Sat - 2.5 mile walk with kids at the park (they rode scooter / bike)
Sun - 5.5 mile run on this beautiful spring-like day
My good friend generously volunteered to watch my kids at the park today so I could get in a long run [aka therapy] while Ski was still out of town with his family.

Sunday: 1.5 hour walk in the woods/snow with the boys, DH and the dog. Up/down hills w/my hiking boots!
