Saturday - treadmill, 45 minutes, 2.69 miles.

Sunday - easy day - 30 minutes on the treadmill, 1.75 miles.

I was unable to fit in any exercise Friday and Saturday other than a short walk with DS. We were out of town for my FIL's funeral. Got home today and after unloading the car the first thing I did was go for a 5 mile run. Ahhh. Feeling much better now.

First official workout , wtg me !!!


billy Blanks Boot camp - Basic trianing


I was so horrible, I was embarassed for myself. LOL


Most of the video they do sets of 32 -40 reps, so squats 40 times, so what I did was did the first 8 took , skipped the next 8, did another 8.

Towards the middle of the video I could no longer lift my arms, so stopped do those moves.


Today I feel great (while hurting in every muscle in my body)

Friday: Bowling

Saturday: 2.5 miles on the treadmill and then lots of prep work in a bedroom to prepare for....

Sunday: painting, bending and more sanding!
