Monday: Lots of running up/down stairs cleaning and doing laundry today. And, a 21-minute mile on the treadmill with many incline changes.

Played a little catch w/Alex while Nick had baseball practice.

Then, came home and walked 2.5 miles in 50 minutes on the treadmill. :)

If I could just get rid of this headache I've had all day. :dntknw:

The rest of the week I was pretty much doing home improvement stuff as we ripped up our bedroom carpet. Underneath we found a bunch of paint splatter, etc. I took an electric hand sander to the floor and was able to get some of it off which gives me hope that a professional will be able to refinish it for us. Now I'm waiting for people to come by and give me quotes so I can stop living in a paint-splattered bedroom. :) I do not like the previous owners who had little respect for the beautiful floor!

I also played a little four square with Nick and Alex at their elementary school yesterday. I wanted to walk on the treadmill but it just didn't happen.
