Walked a little over 2 miles on the treadmill in 40 minutes! Fun and a great stress reliever!

Monday - Did 2.5 miles on the treadmill. First workout since I got tendinitis 2 months ago! Got some running in, but took plenty of walking breaks. Felt pretty good!
Tuesday - Knee was feeling a bit tired, so I did Cathe Friedrich's Upper Body Pyramid workout. My arms are like jello! Hoping to get a few strengthening moves in yet tonight for my knee.

Wednesday: 2.8 miles run/walk. Knee seemed to hold up pretty well!

Walked for 10 minutes in the early morning before the funeral on Wednesday.
I hope to walk this afternoon when I get home from work.
And, Allyn: Yay! I hope that knee holds up for you!
