Wow, April is here? April showers bring May flowers. Do the showers give you more time to read?

I am reading a book called "This is Where I leave You" by Jonathon Tropper for my book club. I wasn't feeling it at first but I must say, it is hilarious! I am really enjoying it so far.

I started Fitzgerald's Tender Is The Night the other day. I want to get into that this weekend. It's my book club book with DH this month.

The Year of the Flood, Margaret Atwood. so far not as (darkly) fun as Oryx and Crake but I'm only about 1/3 in at this point.

I'm reading "Here Burns My Candle." I absolutely love her historical fiction! And even cooler - I got a surprise in the mail last week; when she saw on FB that I am reading her book, she sent me a personalized/autographed book plate for the book, as well as for the sequel that will be released later on! Of course, only my fellow book-geek daughter could totally appreciate my excitement! LOL

I've been listening to books on CD's lately when I've been traveling! I wish I had thought to write them all down because I've listened to about 6 in the last month. I do remember "Over Her Dead Body" by Kate White (who happens to be the editor of Cosmo). I have another of her books in the car but I haven't started it yet. They are a mystery type series. I also listened to "The Return Journey" by Maeve Binchy. It's a collection of short stories.
Right now I'm listening to "The Wednesday Letters" by Jason F. Wright. This one has made me cry already a few times. It deals with the death of parents and life in general. I'm just a few chapters in.
My little library has such a small collection of audio books and so many of them are on cassette. I've gotten to where I just grab anything that is in CD form. I've been pleasantly surprised to find some new authors
