3.5 miles(33 mins) on the treadmill. It's beautiful here today so I took the kids for an hour walk on the bike bath!
Probably PYBO tonight when the kids are in bed.

ooops posted under Thursdays... DUH !!!! Walk with her dogginess, WP 20 circle workout, and 45 min of yoga and 30 dips and 30 pushups.

17.3 (yes, SEVENTEEN) mile bike ride w/ my brother. Loads of fun & great weather!! I got some sun too & a great workout!

30 min of 10 min Solutions Pilates -- abs, buns & thighs, strength/sculpting
