I will be walking today: either treadmill or outside, haven't decided yet but I wanted to get this post here so I could get motivated!

I walked four times, briskly around the elementary school today. I'm guessing it was 2 miles or so. I walked with another mom. Fun!

Day 3 P90X - Shoulders and Arms
Tonight is the killer routine, 90 min of Yoga. Everything I've read said this is unlike any Yoga you've ever done before.
I feel better already, more energy and I'm sleeping like a rock.
Also took Kaleb for another Roller Blade last night, didn't do as much as my legs were killing me and I knew I still had a workout that night.

Yesterday I took a 20-minute walk around the block. (Thursday) Then, I came home after a meeting and painted my bedroom. Yes, that's a workout when you're bending and reaching!
Then, today I did a lot of cleaning to wipe walls and get rid of dust from our wood floor refinishing project. And, I put the second coat of paint on the bedroom walls w/DH. I do all the trim work: around the edges by the ceilings, edges of the moldings, baseboard, around the windows, etc.
I'm tired!
