Slinking back in......
I actually got up and used the treadmill this morning. 37 minutes. A little over 2 miles. Now let's see if I can get back into it on a regular basis!

I've been walking.
Nick has a pedometer he received in gym and has to track daily steps as of Monday.
Not sure of my total for Monday but I had a bit over 4000 steps when I finally remembered to put my pedometer on after work which would have been about 2:00 p.m.

Treadmill again this morning. I did 2.3 miles in 35 minutes.
I need to find my pedometer.

Wednesday: Not much time, but got in a quick 20 minutes on the treadmill.

I've been going up and down our stairs carrying furniture, getting rid of stuff, itemizing for tax donations, etc. I seriously lost count of the number of times I went up/down; however, I can tell you that my legs and feet are feeling it!
Also, I've been walking when I can. I've logged 3000-5000 steps per day, sometimes more.
