Monday...(I guess that would be the 3rd of May, not the 2nd!) 2.5 mile run/7.5 mile bike

Monday: Walked to baseball practice from our house to meet DH and the boys: 30 minutes, 5000 steps!

Monday - Treadmill 34 minutes - 2.3 miles

Tuesday - Treadmill 34 minutes - 2.3 miles

Wednesday...3.5 mile run
