Tuesday - 35 minutes on the treadmill - just under 2.5 miles

Wednesday - rest.....feels like I might be developing shin splints again. Need to keep an eye on it.
Thursday - 45 minutes treadmill 3.16 miles.

Sunday: Took a walk to/from the library with hubby for 11,300 steps, an hour and 10 minutes approximately.
