no workouts for me right now, I'm on the Ideal Protein diet plan right now and not really doing exercise at this point.
Hoping to do this for two months, and then transition to real life again being down 25 pounds.

Monday: Walked with Nick tonight after dinner: an hour or so, about 9500 steps!

I walked other days too -- just don't remember cause I was so busy!
Today, Sunday, I went to a natural habitat zoo and clocked more than 13,000 steps. I figure it was 6-7 miles of walking.
