Monday: 3 mile run
Tuesday: Chalean weight workout (38 minutes)

All right, Allyn, I did it: WP ABs w/o resistance and just finished 1 mile on the treadmill. It is so hot/humid that I'm drenched but I'm happy. :P

Thursday: Took a 75-minute walk to/from the drug store with Nick and Alex, 10,500 steps!

Friday: Chalean Burn Intervals and Ab Burner. One of the hardest workouts I've ever done, I think!

Didn't log a lot of mileage today -- probably about a mile walking then steps up/down while doing housework. But, it was something!

Saturday: Chalean burn circuit 3..feeling stronger already! :D

Logged more than 8800 steps on the pedometer today with baseball games, gardening, etc. Good day, long day!

Thanks for working out with me this week, Peggy! I got in 162 minutes MORE than my weekly goal this week and 800 more calories! :yahoo:
