Chalean Burn circuit for me. I can feel those muscles getting stronger! Trying to motivate myself for a bike ride as well. Gotta work off that chocolate cookie dough brownie from this afternoon!

60 min walk around the soccer fields last night, in the pouring rain.
I wondering if I burned more calories because I was shaking so much

Okay -- it's been a busy week and besides up/down the stairs with housework, I haven't done much till today.
I went on the first grader's zoo field trip and logged 18,000 steps -- does that mean I walked 8-9 miles? Probably. We got there at 9:00 a.m. and left at 2:00 p.m. I didn't sit down very much at all during that time watching three very active boys.

Today I went for a walk with DH since it was his Friday off. We walked three times around the 3/4 mile path at a local park: 2.25 miles!
