I've been walking and getting processed foods out of my diet. I've been eating more fruits/veggies but not beating myself up if I have a cookie, for example.

I want to add in more Pilates on a regular basis for toning but walking is a great start. And, I've already dropped four pounds by drinking more water, eating right and walking. :hugs:

One hour total walking tonight: to/from baseball practice, about 4 miles!

Wednesday: One hour walk, about 10,000 steps with the little guys.

Thursday: 35-minute walk, about 4,000 steps with the little guys.
