Saturday -- 40 min of Crunch PYS Pilates -- total body, abs, buns, thighs.

I'm thinking of doing another workout later today around lunchtime. I've hit a plateau and I can't eat any less than I'm already eating, so I've got to up my workouts... :hugs: I also picked up my dress for my sister's wedding yesterday and have a little burst of motivation from just looking at it. I want them to have to take everything in everywhere the month before the wedding!!! :D

10K (6.2 mile) run this morning- it was just absolutely gorgeous out!!! And I felt like I finally am getting some speed back, of course it's much easier w/out pushing a double stroller all over the hills!! I'm in my flat hometown & it was so nice to get out for a run!!!!

Hugs,
Jess

WP 20 min. circle workout and the 10 min. sculpting blast (or whatever that one is called! LOL)

I've been having a blechy day and was getting so frustrated! Timm's been at my brother's since 7:30 this morning building a fence, so I've been with the kids trying to get everything ready for Easter, and trying to catch up on everything I didn't do this past week! My laptop has a virus or something. It locks up as soon as I try to go into Outlook or Explorer. My dog made a trail of pee from Matt's bed to the back door (no clue as to why?!?!?!)...ran a pair of new pants through the wash, which "bled" on to a couple other things, which I did not realize til they were dry and I was folding them.....I'm afraid to do any of my cooking!!!! LOL

Anyway...I was getting so frustrated, the kids are getting antsy for Timm to get home to make eggs...I caught myself wondering what we had to munch on... :hugs: caught myself and did Pilates instead! :D

26 min Sculpting Circle Workout for Beginner's

I love it!

It was a little different than the basic workout and I love the little differences.
