Yesterday, Sunday, we walked for about 1.5 hours on a nature trail at a local park. My pedometer said about 5200 steps when we were done. So, maybe 2.5 miles. It was a beautiful day in the upper 70s, near 80 degrees and the trail was nice because the trees kept a lot of the sun away.

I plan to continue my walks and try to add some Pilates into my schedule. Because, as I know, that is what tones me!

I took measurements a few weeks ago and I've been walking for the most part and watching processed foods including more veggies, fruits and fiber into my diet. I've dropped 4-5 lbs and 3 inches. I've lost an inch in my stomach, inch in my waist, half an inch in my thigh and half an inch in my calf. That all makes sense to me since I've been walking primarily.

Onward!

Wednesday: I did manage to get in WP Buns & Thighs -- wow was that hard. My legs are sore from that power walk I did earlier tonight. But, I did it!

Contracted some type of virus later in the week so was out of commission till Sunday. I did take a 1.5 mile walk with DH around the block. Back to Pilates on Monday, today!
