Here ya go...
Whole wheat & oat pancakes
1 c. WW flour
1 c. rolled oats (old-fashioned oatmeal)
1 T. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
3 T. canola oil
1 1/4 c. milk or buttermilk
1/2 c. water
1 egg
Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Whisk wet ingredients together in another bowl. Pour wet ingredients into flour & stir. Pour onto hot griddle & flip when brown. You can also make these into waffles but haven't tried that yet!!
Enjoy! It made about 12 pancakes- 115 cals/ 5g fat/ 15g carb/ 2 g fiber/ 4g protein per pancake. (as I figured into MFD w/ the recipe builder!)
