Sunday: Took an hour-long, about 3.5 mile walk with DH and the little guys. We started out from the house to local trails. It was a big buggy in there so we came out by some houses in the area then up the bike/walking trail to home. Whew am I hot but feeling good for getting out there and doing something!

Tuesday/Wednesday: It's almost 12:30 a.m. and I just finished WP ABs w/o resistance. I tried this a month ago and was just getting back into Pilates. It was really hard for me. So, I went back to just Buns/Thighs for a while. Now I've gotten my core built back up a bit so while it wasn't easy it was certainly doable! I did the teasers in a modified state and made it through the workout. Yay!

Wednesday: Decided it was time to measure again since it had been a couple weeks or so. No more pounds lost but I have lost 3.5 more inches for a total of 6.5 inches total. I lost .5 in the following: my calf, thigh, waist, arm (at the muscle), and bust then another inch in my stomach (the pooch). I couldn't be more pleased! Pilates and walking is working!
Now, off for our walk. We're going to walk to/from a local lake that the boys like. I'll report back later!

Walk done: about 2 miles to the lake and back. We stopped for about 15 minutes to watch the swans. So beautiful! But, it's so hot out there. I hope I cool off before I have to leave for our church potluck. I look like a wreck right now!
