Sunday: Went to a ballpark and walked 8400 steps there, 1.5 miles after dinner at a local park on its track and then did WP Buns/Thighs before bed.

The Buns/Thighs is working: lost another inch in my thighs. smile.gif

Well, I didn't do any real workouts this week, but we did plenty of walking in D.C. and I did some exercises in the pool when we were in it. Jumped on the scale this morning and was happy to see I didn't gain a single pound despite eating out for almost 2 weeks! yahoo.gif

Back to regular workout schedule beginning Monday!

Yikes! I got busy Wed/Thurs but Friday were were at an amusement park and I walked all day long!

Saturday: I was doing nothing again! Hoping to get a walk in today, Sunday! I will definitely get some Pilates in tonight. smile.gif
