Remember me? I haven't been around for awhile, as our home selling/buying plans have been all up in the air. But now it seems like we may be making some progress again. I had gotten some good news about the listing price on our house. I was thinking to list it for much less, but my boss (realtor) took a look at all on the market and she said we shouldn't list for less than 199K which is about 10K more than I thought! I was just worried about it selling. She thinks we could easily go in to the low 200K range, as currently there are 23 properties similar to ours on the market in our zip code and only 3 are listed under 200k! That was good news!
Anyway, I'll check back later and update some more, see what else is going on. We have a busy day today and tomorrow is our annual March of Dimes Walk. It's our teams third year walking! Fun!
