A house in my development just went up for sale...

and they listed it at................$ 739,900 :hugs: :emote_birthday09: :emote_birthday09: I personally think it's overpriced by $75,000-$100,000

Wow, very nice! Did I see that right...5000 square feet of living space? Of course it is very expensive, but that seems to be the going rate for houses like that nowadays.

Now of course we all wanna see your house!

WOW!!! Out of our price range, but it is a very nice house. I didn't care for some of the colors, ie: dark purple and pink in the bathroom. I am sure it won't get that price, people are accepting much less to sell their homes. Keep us posted.

How close to Boston is Mansfield???

That house is freaking HUGE!!! 4800sq ft - I sooo do not want to clean a house that big thankyouverymuch!!!

It sure is beautiful though.

Hey - did I tell you that my job is moving to Mansfield??

Honestly-

I do not know - just that our owner bought a building that used to be Sun Chemical??? - currenly i am in an industrial park in Raynham and i am looking for a new job because i do not want to drive to Mansfield every day!

i forget - what town are you moving to?

We are moving to Bellingham. How far would your commute be to Mansfield?

My commute would be about 45-60 minutes

I currently drive 30 minutes.

Why can I not picture where Bellingham is????

Off of I-495, Near Franklin/Wrentham, close to the RI border(near Woonsocket). That's a long commute. When are they hoping to move?

Company is moving for the beginning of the year so I have plenty of time.

Ahh you are moving not too far from where you live now right? It would be dangerous for me to live near the Wrentham outlets!
