The market just keeps getting worse and worse here

I keep an eye on the local real estate market and I noticed that three houses that I have been watching closely have drastically reduced their prices. These are all great houses and they are on the clearance rack! One house is brand spankig new, central air, attached garage, granite counter tops, fenced in yard for $379,000. It was $399,000 before and that was a reduced price. This house is great!

Houses just stay on the market for eternity here. Scary. Definately NOT a good time to move.

Some are going faster than others in my town. The pricey house in my development is still on the market but a few others in town have sold quickly.
I was reading this months Money Magazine because they have a lot about What's next for Real Estate in this issue.
