of how far I've come along!! I can't believe I've been doing Pilates for TWO years now!!! My Gyno was so impressed with my weight loss & how much healthier/ fit I am. He said that I have a *runner's heart beat* & told me to keep up the great work! So I decided to look through some pics & thought I'd share for those of you who didn't *know* me when I was much heavier!!

There ya go- I added one pg pic, some from after Allison, and a few pre-pilates. I have a lot more pics, but those are a start!! I didn't want to bore you too much! TFL!!

Thanks, Gin! Yep, I guess here I only really post about the weight that I lost from Pilates, but I've definitely lost a lot in the last 3 yrs! (wow- can my *baby* really be almost 3??? ) Yes, it did feel pretty good to have my Dr. tell me to keep it up. I mean, he's seen it all!!

I think pilates rocks.... oh and of course eating right.. well most of the time... and getting in that all important cardio!!!!

Yes, it is!! Thanks, Michelle! Isn't it amazing when you look back to see how much you've lost & how different you look??? And yes, it's a combination of Pilates/ running/ eating right for me.

I know, isn't that the truth!! I don't have pics scanned from when we met up 4-5 yrs ago, so I guess we'll have to meet up again!! At least I have one person here to vouch for me that those before pics really were me!!

Yep, 2 yrs together!! And actually, I've been running for 2 yrs, but only took to the roads a little over a year ago, it was the treadmill for me before that! I'm happy we've shared the journey together too!! Any new pics of you to share??

I haven't been good at getting my pics taken -- mainly b/c I think I still look the same...lol...so you may have to wait until we take the boys on a mini vacation to see Thomas the Tank engine in a few weeks.
