and my motivation is CA and the WP informercial....

I have this really cute American Eagle strappy short Pink dress that I want to be able to wear comfortably by the end of June.. I can wear it now.. but it is tight!!!!! And I realllly want to take it along for the WELCOME dinner!!!! ( need new sandals to go with it)

So I have to really be op and stick to my workouts and maybe KICK them up a bit!!!!!

any other ideas?????

I need to try it on again to see where the " problem' areas are!!!! *LOL*

Do you do any cardio? I think that would shake things up a bit. I've heard people say Tae Bo (spelling?), take up jogging, or maybe just do WATP.

I do walk every morning with my dog.. and a friend and her dog.. and it is a fairly quick pace... I am thinking I might need to add some cardio at night too.... also I cant jog.. bad wheel.. aka ankle.. have the tae bo tape... hmmm wonder if I can get some of that in on alternate days... instead of Yoga maybe???? I will have to see...

Thanks for the idea.. I might try that in the morning.... let's see... walk, pilates, yoga one day...
walk pilates tae bo another day then alternate.. and get in some pushups in there too huh?? I can probably do free weights while I watch tv at night too.. hmmmmm thanks for the ideas!!!!
