After he said he's going to do it, he said he wishes we had gotten the other elliptical, the huge one that was so big it was not comfortable for me to use. (He did just fine on the NordicTrack we did buy.) I told him that did not make sense because of who actually uses the thing!
We just got back from the in laws, and he noticed how bad the food is up there for you. Seriously, if you want to eat healthy at my MIL's, you need to bring your own food along. Think frozen pizzas, ribs, coleslaw, chocolate milk, ice cream, chips, dip, cake, green beans but slathered in sauce, juices, soda pop, etc. At least there was some watermelon, strawberries, wheat bread, apples, bananas and Wheaties...still not all the best to eat much of though.
Cross your fingers that DH really is motivated however.
