3.1 mile run outside and back by 7:15!

Can't believe I got myself out of bed so early today...had no choice...have an 8K race on Saturday and the back of my legs are still sore from weeding on Monday. All those squats killed me...lol!

45 minutes on the treadmill (2.35 miles).

I am having so much trouble staying modivated with my workouts these days. ;) May was uber-busy, but I managed to do something at least three times a week. Now that my schedule has eased up some during the day I just can't seem to make myself do it. :hugs: It does not help that my house and gardens have been neglected for the past month and I have been using that as an excuse not to excerice. I keep trying to remind myself how far I have come and how many inches I have lost and that if I give up now I will have to start all over down the road. :cry:

Nothing but a couple short walks. Might try to get a few criss cross in later and some pushups.
