Did you do your Pilates today??? How about a walk or run??? Maybe you got out an old workout video that you haven't done in awhile?

5.1 mile run- it's weird running on FLAT ground in town- watching for stop lights/ signs/ cars!! Fun run though!

1.7 mile walk.. and 45m in. of pilates.. was going to do situps too but the dude got up....
