2.17 mile walk this morning, Jump rope 100X, Beginner Pilates DVD w/ ring! Feel so good right now :lol:

Walked my dog, did WP B and T while watching Martha Stewart!!!! and 200 crunches.. hope to get a ball work out in later

I just finished my favorite: WP Buns/Thighs. Going to get busy w/ some other ones, too. Just received the back work-out one...I'm really curious to see if I can do it w/ my horrible back.

Just a short 1.5 mile walk with the family tonight, but that was nice. Haven't had a chance to do that this year yet. My legs are sore today, so it was good to get them moving a bit. Going to do buns/thighs now

Tonight I did another 1.3 mile walk w/ Jenn in the jogger. It was a hilly route so that felt nice on the legs :dntknw:

Played softball with the kidlets then ran 5 laps, full speed around the bases. Had to do 2 then rest, then 2 then rest, then the last one but I ran!!!! LOL!!

17 miles on treadmill. And it wasn't too bad! I listened to Prey by Michael Crichton. Paused the TM after 9.5 miles to fill up my water bottle and then walked about .2 miles while I had a carbo gel then ran another 7.5 miles. Walked another mile for cooldown.

I got Prey on CD from the library but realized on a shorter run this week that our CD player skips when you run on the treadmill. So I burned the first 3 hrs of the book onto my MP3 player and it was awesome!
