Short walk outside, Beginner Sculpting Circle and WATP 1 mile, didn't use weights today, I felt really weak for some reason.

An 18-mile bike ride- about 1 hour, 15 minutes- with minimal knee pain! Yippee! I wanted to try a long ride to see how I'll do on my really long ride on Saturday. A little tightness, but not at all the pain like when I run. I lowered my bike seat, so although I look like the Wicked Witch of the West pedaling, it really cuts down on the range of motion. I also tried my new compression shorts and I think that helps a lot, too.
Wow, it felt so good to get my heart rate up there for an hour +.

I have a 2 hour pre-dance camp everyday this week, so that was my workout for today. It is not easy keeping a bunch of 3, 4, & 5 year old busy to 2 whole hours!
I am hoping to get some pilates in later today, but I really need to get some cleaning done around the house first.

Ok, I put off cleaning the bathrooms in favor of B&T. Priorities, ya know? Now I am off to clean...
