Get movin'! :)

4.67 mile run at 5AM w/ Erin & Melissa- it's so fun to have buddies to run with!!! And since the kiddos were still asleep & it was so early, I did Cathe's Pyramid Upper body workout. It feels great to get my workouts done so early!!!
