I bought 2lbs of chicken strips and sprinkled them with seasoning salt and seasoned pepper. I baked them for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Very very good. We ate about 1/3 of them and I'm going to put the rest up for later meals---probably easy tortilla soup and enchiladas. I sliced zuchinni and squash and made a foil packet with citrus seasoning and olive oil and baked them along with the chicken. I also made elbow macaroni wtih a tiny bit of butter on them. I had a salad of mixed greens with mine. All very tasty!

I made grilled steak and grilled marinated squash!!!!!! YUM so good and Lo-carb friendly!!!
