The realtor came out yesterday and we got all the paperwork filled out. Since I work for that office, I just did the brochures and entered everything on the MLS myself. I went with a basic package (which she only charged me half-price for) and I don't have to pay for it, I can just work it off. GREAT deal for us!
Here is a link to it. Now, you have to remember that I live somewhat out in the boonies here. LOL!

I can make changes to the listing description and on the brochure, which basically says the same thing but not shortened wording. I could swap out pictures too. Any suggestions or ideas are welcome!
Thanks!
Kim

Your house is gorgeous! The listing is perfect I think, exactly what a buyer would want to know about. I'm appalled at your taxes though!! Our's are $1900 and will no longer bitch about them!LOL! I'm crossin my fingers for ya.

Just lurking...
But wanted to say it looks great! The only thing I might change is labeling the pictures, I was curious about the one with the long wall of cabinets...laundry room, kitchen? Otherwise it looks perfect, you have a beautiful home.
About the taxes, we are paying (or will be when our home is finished) about $9000 a year on a $260,000 home. I guess that's why homes in TX are so cheap, they screw you with the taxes!

Thanks for the suggestion! I can add labels to those pictures. That's a great idea. Just if FYI, that pic with the long row of cabinets is the wet bar in the family room. There is a sink on the left end and a small refridgerator on the right side. I will go add that now.
WOW, $9,000! Holy smokes! That IS a lot! We do have high taxes here, that is true, but we do get great services for them so I try not to complain too much. Plus we have lower other stuff, car insurance, sales tax...I figure it all evens out somehow.
Thanks again!

Lurker here!
I'm way south of you in the capitol, and we pay $4,100, so pretty similar. Are you in commute distance to the Twin Cities? I'm sure the taxes are higher then. It's funny the county I live in is way higher than the counties all around me, and I think in most of Wisconsin. I love where I live though, and don't want to exchange all the conveniences for lower taxes!
Your house is lovely!
