I was complaining to my mom last week after the house had only been listed for two days that no one had called and she said to me, "Sheesh Kim, it's not even been on the market over a weekend yet!" The market is slow and I know it could take a long time to sell. Good thing we really don't need to move for two years! LOL!
Just thought I'd keep you posted on the progress...
Our plan is still to build, but my mom did send me a link to a house in town. I can't believe that I missed this one. It doesn't look too bad, at least worth a look, so I'm going to call our other realtor down there and ask about it. I told DH that I'm totally 100% with the building plan, but we figure we should still keep an eye out if something comes on the market in the mean time.
Here's a link. I may try to see it tomorrow. http://www.realestatehomepages.com/mlssear...1005&ln=3196006

Any feedback from the realtor from the people who saw your house? I'd drive me nuts not to know what they thought!
The house you're going to see looks nice! Let us know how it goes!

I haven't heard back from the realtor, but I left a message for her today requesting any comments or feedback. I hope she'll call me back.
I set up an appt to look at that other house on Wednesday afternoon. I think it will be too small, but I want to see for myself. It said it was 1880 fsf, but that's only on the three levels. I'd like to see how big the fourth level is and if it's finishable. It could be another 8000-900 square feet.
Thanks!
Kim

Sigh....why do I insist on living in Massachusetts?? I love that house, and for that money too!
