With DH approaching his third year of commuting, we decided to check things back out in Sandwich. And wouldn't you know, we found it, Our Dream House. 2800 square feet....4 bedrooms, wainscotting, fireplace, center entrance Colonial...dental moding outside, central air, central vac....hardwood floors...Kerry's dream house. Just breathtaking. And only $419,000! Now that will sound ridiculous for some of you, but my fellow New Englanders know what a deal that is! And the real estate agents said they would probably go to $400,000. I'll post a pic so you can see for yourselves how awesome this house is!
Of course, my house is not even for sale. And even if I got top dollar (which I doubt) the Dream House is still out of our budget. But just for the hell of it, we're having a CMA done today just to get an idea on some figures. We can dream, right?
We recently painted the exterior of our house this summer and it looks GREAT. I bet we could sell it now. Just sayin'....

How close to the beach is it? How much time would the move take off of you Dh's commute?
That is a killer deal for a 2800 sq ft colonial! I hope everything falls into place for you guys!! GL!!

Wow that sounds amazing!
Houses around here have gone insane! Toyota is coming to the nearby city and people think this has cause their houses to be worth so much more than they are. There's a house down the street from me that they are asking $379,000 for, this house is beside a yucky creek and is kind of on stilts, has no yard, it was built behind another house. Dh and I laugh every time we go by it!
