well you could make chicken or I guess ground beef. and of course don't forget your ribs option
I'm defrosting chicken for tonight and making enchiladas (the ones we had for your bday last) and chicken salad for lunch tomorrow.

Easy chicken suggestion:
If you have a packet of powdered ranch dressing, this is awesome! Just mix it with a good helping of breadcrumbs (maybe 3/4 C). Dip the chicken in egg and then in the bread crumb mixture. Bake till done. Yummy!!
