Before and After Getting ready to list the house

Here is what our house looked before...

And after three weeks of grueling hard work, here is what it looks like now!

For the beginning of the summer, Peter and I painted our butts off! It took three weeks of non stop work, but we are done. We have a small house, but the project was much more work than we anticipated. We are hoping to list the house in the Spring (the realtors/vultures are already sniffing at our door, lol!).

It looks great! Did you have an home apprasials done yet? I hope this is your time & it will sell fast! Keep us posted!
