Ok, so I have fallen off the wagon yet again. Sigh. I did it for about 4 days in a row, then things started getting crazy towards the end of the school year. Then the excuses followed.
I really need to lose weight and get in shape. I am now at my pre-preggo weight. For some, that would be good news. For me, I was 15 lbs under my pre-preggo weight when my trio was 5 months old. I have an addictive personality, yet working out/weight is obviously not one of mine.
ARGH! I want a new wagon that I won't fall off of.

Hop back on the wagon, girl!! I can't believe you were below pre-preg weight 5 mos after the triplets were born!! You've done great!
You can do it, just 20 min..... make it a habit!
