30 minute walk on treadmill (while readung school work)

50 min of Cathe's KickMax DVD. If you're looking for an intense cardio workout, this is it!
Supposed to do a 5 mile run this morning but it was raining & t-storms so that didn't seem like a good idea!
And I did Cathe's Pyramid upper body workout this afternoon. And after dinner took a 25 min or so walk w/ my family.

I'm back on the wagon again! Walked about 2.5 miles today with the jogging stroller. Ellie and I went for a long walk with our friends, and then we walked to get Andrew from his first day of Kindergarten!

Nah Winnie, I hefted my self back on the wagon on Saturday ; ) Now to keep myself on this darn wobbly wagon, LOL!

Walked my dog... 30 min. of the Men's WP .. lifted weights.. and 200 crunches
