Did Beginner Sculpting Circle this morning. I've gained 4 pounds and 3 inches since July 26!!! It's all in my belly and hips too. Argh! Got to get busy again!

Not a good day. :D I went to the Y to run, but all the treadmills were taken. I thought, maybe that's a good thing, cuz I've been having some pain in my heel and knee the past few days, although I don't know why. So, I did the elliptical for 20 minutes. I had ever intention of doing at least 45 minutes, but my foot was hurting so badly. So, I switched over to the stationary bike and did 6 miles, but that hurt, too.

I don't know how I got hurt. I haven't done any cardio in a week, and it really just started bothering me around Sunday. Maybe from wearing heels? Ugh, I don't know. I'm just frustrated.

14 minute run, 16 minute walk and man I'm tired. This past weekend we hiked 22 km in 3 days :P so I'm still feeling the after affects.
