Its easier said than done, and easier for me to say than do - but putting ourselves first & that little bit of time to exercise as a priority is a great thing to do for you! And if you need more justification: a girl has more energy AFTER she exercises, it gets you going, so you'll be more efficient the rest of the day

I am feeling pretty crappy due to my fall, but I will try to start tonight or tomorrow. Maybe I can walk off some of the pain. I am disgusted by my body, but as you saw through webcam, I still eat junk. I deserve it. I can't be like the rest of you and eat extremely healthy. I am a candy addict (recently dried apple addict) and I can't give up completely.
I need to just make it every day and not stop. If I let myself have a day off, it becomes two, then three, etc. So maybe I can check in with you guys daily and keep me on my wagon this time. I just can't promise I can start tonight. My shoulder is killed, my arm is bruised to death, my neck and knee hurt lol. I AM A MESS!!!
Please, starting Monday, make sure I am doing something!!!!

It's not that I couldn't, but I have a Mac, and it was just too complicated for me!!!
