12 mile run. 2 weeks from tomorrow til the big marathon!!

10.5 mile run - beginner's plan says to go to 10 miles...only one week until my first half marathon! I think I'm ready! :)

WTG Jess!! You're going to do great!! BTW, I tried the vanilla gu and it reminded me of vanilla pudding...strange consistency but not bad with a few sips of water. Thanks for the recommendation!

Go, Winnie, Go!! You're gonna do great!!!! I can't wait to hear your race report, you're gonna be hooked on longer distances!! :cry: Glad that you liked the Vanilla Gu too, yep, it's kinda like vanilla pudding. Reminds me, I gotta stock up for a couple weeks! Although they even have a *Gu* station I think around mile 20 in the marathon! :P

Try to rest up a bit this week!
