Good news! I am down 2 lbs for the week!
Only 18 to go. (Anyone know where I can get a ticker to keep track?) I am feeling really good and do not feel like I have been denying myself anything.

Monday night I walked 20 mins and did the buns and thighs w/o
I was so tired so this is all I could get through ..and I was starving all night long .UGH.
