I joined this board in the past but fell off the wagon. Well not only fell off but the wagon but then the wagon went off a cliff and broke into a million pieces. LOL
So I'm back
I've done pilates 3 times a week for the last couple weeks.
I joined a new gym, where I go do the circuit 2 days a week, and 30 minutes on the elliptical and then the other 3 days I am doing the ellitpical and pilates.
The gym is very slow in the morning, so I take my Windsor Video with me pop it in the DVD and do it right at the gym.
No excuses that I can't fit it in at home
