I did the 20 minute sculpting circle and pushups off the ball this morning before work.

Thanks for all the support about my run. I just feel like such a failure. I iced last night, and put on "icy hot" before bed, and it's feeling a little better again this morning. I'm wearing my Asics at work right now. :yahoo: I usually don't wear tennis shoes at all unless I'm running or wearing sweats, so pretty much everything else I own has heels. Good thing I can wear jeans to work, at least.

4 mile solo run!! Dropped Allison off at preschool & got to run by myself!! Ah, what a treat! :P

Allyn ~ Don't feel like a failure! It's not your fault! Just take care of yourself & wearing tennis shoes is a VERY good idea!! Can you get a referral to a podiatrist?? You might be able to get some inserts to help, it worked for me!

Allyn - ITA w/ Jess...don't feel like you're a failure! I think all of us have suffered some type of injury at one point or other. Keep on wearing your tennis shoes. They are much gentler on your body than other shoes. I wear mine most of the time unless I'm dressing up. ((Hugs)) :P and rest those feet.

WP Abs

40 minutes (2.12 miles) on the treadmill w/ 5 lbs weights for first .25 mile.

Today was the first day of school, so I didn't get to the gym.

But I went down to the shop after lunch and did the WP abs, and buns/thighs.

From memory so don't know if I got it all in, but I tried.


Thank goodness no one came in, cause I put a big tarp down on the floor (think construction company shop, lot sof dirt, oil general grime) then a yoga mat.

What we do to get our exercise in. LOL
