Glad you liked it. How heavy of weights does it use? How long is it?? I'm totally loving my Cathe workouts (have I said that before?? :dntknw: ) but she uses heavier weights & really fatigues your muscles for maximum results. LOVE it!

He doesn't *say* how heavy to go, so I guess it's up to you. I started out with 5lbs for my weaker muscles and 8lbs for the stronger ones. And in between sets he does ab work.
