CS Upper Body Challenge and WP buns/thighs. I had a *little* pain in my leg during the side kick series, but nothing too bad. I'm pretty sure I have tendonitis. Anyway....it's feeling good to be concentrating more on pilates again. (I never do seem to be able to stay in that "balance" of WP and cardio! LOL)

4 mile run outside...it was drizzling rain when I started but stopped halfway through my run.

for you and I am sorry to hear about your tendonitis...take it easy and feel better soon! I hear ya on finding the right balance between cardio and pilates. I struggle with the same when I am training for a race. You're not alone.

Last night I did the Ab Sculpting. I can NOT do those teasers to save my life. I did the ones where you have one leg at 45 degress and the other bent but I can not do the others. Ok I will keep trying but OH MY!! I think I am just to old for all that
