30 min elliptical, Upper Body, Abs

DOn't think I will try and do the abs workout two days in a row again. It was quite painful. I had meant to bring the buns/thighs to the gym with me but brought the wrong one.

Cathe Friedrich Step and Body Fusion workout, plus the add-on 20 minute lower body segment with hand weights and resistance tubing.

Jess- I'm really liking this one now that I've gotten used to her queuing and step combinations.

She's already kicking my butt. I had to go to Sports Authority yesterday and get LIGHT resistance tubing. I have a medium resistance one and there's no way I could do all her reps with it during the lower body workout. My legs felt like jello!
