It's my favorite time of year, I just love it!! The only bad thing is, it makes me want to bake!!! Pumpkin bars and anything made w/ pumpkin is sounding really good right now!!

Anyone have any good fall festivals nearby? We have one on Saturday, I'm taking the girls to it & there's a huge parade w/ tons of marching bands. I love it, I used to march in it when I was in HS marching band. There will be tons of fall goodies there!

So... what do you love about fall?? I love the cooler temps, falling leaves, football games, and just a nice change from the summer!! The only thing I don't like about it is that it means that winter is coming next!! And my dh loves it cause it means hunting season is coming!

I do love Fall to but it just reminds me that Winter is around the corner. I love the cool feeling and yes the pumpkins. We have a Fall Harvest days the first weekend in October so I will definitely plan to take the kids so they can pick out a pumpkin!!

ETA: that I just bought to long workout pants for the cooler weather...just getting prepared. I still want to walk outdoors as long as I can. Kohl's it was buy ONE get ONE free

ITA Jess...I like fall weather and the cooler temps but it makes me want to bake too...lol!! I love running outdoors in the fall. It's the easiest time of the year to run. Christian is going apple picking with his class tomorrow. We will probably pick pumpkins in a few weeks at the local farm.

I love fall also. Walking in the forest with leaves changing.

Actually walking in the forest without bugs is great. LOL

We are to be in the 40's next week, so it all seems to be happening to fast.

The fall flowers are beautiful, the fall mum's are so nice after the first frost.


We have a fall fair next weekend, in the town over from us. The kids love the rides.


We decorated the porch the other day, with fall garland around the door, a scare crow, and will probably get the pumpking, a couple bails of hay etc.


I am very sad to see summer go, but I do love fall.

Its been "fall like" temps here for a week or two... I love walking/running in the fall. Downside is shorter days, and so dark by 7:45 PM now...but on the upside, then my children are ready for bed a little earlier because hey, its dark
I love fall foods & smells, and the festivals/entertainment. Its the perfect weather for me to throw on my favorite blue jeans, a t-shirt & a sweater & be ready to go...
